Reading has been a significant part of my everyday life since I was informed that I very likely have Borderline Personality Disorder. I mainly listen to Audiobooks because I am in the car for atleast 2 hours every day, because I work an hour away from home. It has been a very calming thing for me and has been very good for me and my mental health.
Two of my favorite Authors have become Colleen Hoover and Freida McFadden. The books I have read by each of them are listed below:
Colleen Hoover: It ends with us, It starts with us, November 9th, Reminders of him, Ugly Love, All your perfects, Regretting you, Layla, Verity, and Too Late.
My favorite would have to be Verity. Here is a brief description of it: Verity is a 2018 psychological thriller by New York Times bestselling author Colleen Hoover. The novel is set between New York City and Vermont, and follows struggling writer Lowen Ashleigh as she ghostwrites a novel on behalf of Verity Crawford, a woman who is in a vegetative state following a traumatic accident.
I would give this book a 10 out of 10!
Freida McFadden: Never lie, The wife upstairs, Want to know a secret.
My favorite out of these would have to be: Never Lie. Here is a brief description of it: In “Never Lie” by Freida McFadden, newlyweds Tricia and Ethan find themselves trapped in a remote manor during a violent winter storm. As they explore the house, Tricia stumbles upon a secret room containing cassette tapes of Dr. Adrienne Hale’s patient interviews. These tapes unveil a chilling mystery surrounding Dr. Hale’s disappearance.
I would give this book a 10 out of 10!
“A book is a garden, an orchard, a storehouse, a party, a company by the way, a counselor, a multitude of counselors.” – Charles Baudelaire
